A new one-stop, online service, BizPal helps local businesses start up or grow by providing access to information on business permits and license requirements from all three levels of government. The main goal of BizPal is to make it faster and easier for entrepreneurs to get started by simplifying the time consuming document research process.

Starting or expanding your business often requires many permits and licences from different levels of government.

BizPal is a convenient, time saving online service that will help you figure out what permits and licences you need from the government of Canada, the Ontario government and participating local governments.

How does BizPal work?

You will be asked a short series of questions about the nature and scope of your proposed or existing business. Based on your answers, you will get a customized list of permits and licences you need along with more information on how to get them. You can save, print or e-mail the list for future reference.
