Youth Programs

Every year ECSSM delivers Entrepreneurship presentations to approximately 1500 students from Sault Ste. Marie, White River, Chapleau, Wawa, Blind River, Echo Bay, St. Joseph's Island, Thessalon, Bruce Mines, Heyden, Goulais, Prince, North Shore Tribal Council, Massey and Elliot Lake.

Summer Company 

Delivered in partnership with the Ontario Government, Summer Company is a hands-on business training and mentoring program - together with awards of up to $3,000 - to help you start up and run your own summer business.

NOHFC Young Entrepreneur Program

A funding program through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund that provides up to $25,000 in capital asset funding to young entrepreneurs in the North.

Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) Program

The Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) is a national charity providing start-up mentoring, financing and business resources to help youth start their own successful businesses.

The Young Entrepreneurs strategy is committed to fostering a spirit of innovation among youth and is part of the government's Youth Opportunities Ontario.
